    Some of them don't care cause they only keep then for a certain amount of time before getting rid of them IE tax write offs depreciation etc.

    The techs do end up talking to customers though when they have to.

    There was one incident, Ram 1500 related, where the husband was pissed with my service department only for it to come back to me. He had purchased an extended warranty, which we only offer bumper to bumper plans, but for item failure.

    The guys kid jumped the truck incorrectly, having reversed positive and negative. Only a few fuses blew and the fusible link.

    Guy insisted on having it all covered though and fought hard for it; we turned him away until his wife decided to reason with us. She was understanding of the situation and paid for it (at cost, only $200 total?).

    Had those items failed under normal use, yes warranty covers you. Doesn't cover stupidity though.

    Still should be reading the "instructions and care sheet" for something that runs ~60-70k off the lot tho, imo. Just carelessness

    Does anyone?

    Pretty sure most people who dont have someone hired to take care of their fleet do nothing more than put fuel in it change the oil periodically and drive it

    For someone to jump a car wrong and then yell at u guys for it is hilarious . All the money in the world can't cure ignorance, perfect example u gave right there haha. and that's sad people thrash their good vehicles just to cheat the system and lob em off like u said. Had no idea people did that

    Oh yeah.

    I meet with a lot of business owners and have learned a lot about common practices; some of it is shady as hell but anything that'll keep more money in their pocket.

    Seasons 1 & 2 were aight. The last two seasons sucked imo.
    Spoiler alert: Its based in alternate universe, not alternate history.

    Couldve been a real cool show if it was based in a believable sense like you said. But they had to make it all science-fictiony when nobody asked them to.

    Well that's a show I don't have to watch :thumbsup::rofl:

    Have to wait until next season of Lost In Space, so for the meanwhile, I'll have to be a productive member of society :ballchain:

    The entire Japanese story they had going was a total drag from season 1 on through. And in the end, they just packed up and left. No big war with zee Germans like Im certain 99% of viewers wouldve wanted.

    Happens to the best of us.

    My friend's Prelude ignition locked up and the steering column had to come apart to fix it.
