1st gen TRD diagnostic port bracket needed.

Hi. I have a 1st gen TRD supercharger, it was rebuilt and already installed in my truck. Only issue is my diagnostic port has nowhere to sit, the port bracket that bolts on the LH of the supercharger was missing. I hate having the port dangling. I'm willing to buy it, does anybody have one?

 

Anyone? Any other clue where to find one?

 

Could always make something that could work.

Thought of that, even walked around home depot isles looking around for something that might work but nothing..

 

A bench vice, a jigsaw, a drill and you should be able to make one up.
I doubt you will find one sitting around

 

I'll pay you to make me one!! Lol.. I know I know. Don't have the tools or experience for something like this, as simple as it sounds though.

 

Did you trying calling jonbond?
They deal with TRD PARTS sometimes

 

Yes, they're the ones who actually rebuilt it for me, no luck. Also Magnuson, nothing.

 

Finally got it resolved! With a little thinking and imagination, plus a leftover IKEA tool.. the rest is history. This is what it looks like.

How much extra HP does that TRD oil cap get you?

 

+50HP is standard for oil caps

 

Mine keeps leaking from the o ring gasket tho iver time

I'm going back to the stock one, too much "TRD" under the hood. I have an oem I bought at my job, just haven't gotten around to put it on. No leaks yet though.

 

Oh it's a joke?? Haha.. it's not how fast you get there, but how good it looks when it arrives..lol
