I didn't read every post here so sorry if its been said already, but I hope they did not charge you for Toyota care. The 2 years free maint. plan is free on all Toyota vehicles, Hell, I got it on my 2015 rav4 xle that I paid 24, 000 for, so I would imagine a 45k truck would get it free.
Anyway, congrats on getting a vehicle that you want and that will give you many years of enjoyment. Welcome to TW and we look forward to those pics.

There is no budging on the 950 delivery fee becuase that federally mandated. Your dealer is paying that 950 no matter what. That fee is never waived, it's just covered up elsewhere in the final price of the truck

Just wondering if you could specify what the upgrade for int/ext led if it was leds outside the vehicle which illuminate the toyota emblem under the door. That would look cool but I'd probly do it my self

    None yet.
Toyota has the 2017 TRD on their website now, and this is how the int/ext LED is described (see attached).

Clazzios are probably 90% of the fit and quality of Katskins at about 1/3 the price plus you still keep the cloth underneath.

Yes I have Katskins in another car and Clazzios in the Taco for comparison.

To the OP, congrats on the Pro.

Congrats on the Pro. I thought about it before buying my 2016 Tacoma DBC TRD off road. My 2016 seems old when everyone is talking about the 2017. I didn't want to wait for the 2017 perhaps I should have.

Tacoma is a pricey truck, period. However, it's a tested and proven truck. We buy them because of their reliability and off road capability. Let's face it, they have us where they want us. What real choices do we have in the midsize market...the Colorado & canyon? OP, I applaud you for buying what you wanted to have. You wouldn't have been happier with anything else. It's a nice toy to have and there will not be many people out there with the same truck.

I think some of you are miss reading the options, ToyoCare is what we all get standard the 2 oil changes, the 5K, 10K, 15Z, 20K. ToyoGuard on his option sheet is the interior and exterior protection plan that is a rip-off, they treat the seats ,carpet, windshield, paint then they give you a take home kit.

These are Gulf States Region options. They aren't Toyota options or anything, just things dealers in the south can add on. Same as the pop-a-lock for the tailgate and bed illumination kit. You can get the same aftermarket parts off eBay. It has something to do with these dealerships being independently owned.
