I had the regular cab. The only thing that I've done to the truck is Bilstein 5100's in the front to level it out and I have the 265/75r16's instead of the original 245's. You woulda been fine. At no point did I feel uneasy or like I wasn't going to make it through something.

Yea, I was wondering where you were. I had to represent the regular cabs alone. It was rough, but I held my own.

Just curious as to what you guys think but I haven't done the different breather relocation yet. With the water we went through yesterday, should I be worrying about changing the diff fluid???? Gonna do the relocation this weekend.

Yea even a stock tacoma (especially a trd offroad ) is still a pretty capable truck. You should definitely keep your eye on the NJ Tacos thread and take a trip down here for one of our wheeling trips.

I'd be ok with that, as long as I dont already have something going on.

HAHA! yea you have no reason to be a passenger, let the pimped out truck with the luxury interior have a little fun in the mud!

just for reference incase you need to order parts or have any questions..
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/technical-chat/111954-my-differential-breather-mod-photos.html

just be sure to leave PLENTY of slack for flexing when wheeling or jacking it up. only thing i'd do differently from him is mount it higher up.. i wouldnt trust that spot.. thats why i mounted it behind my gas cap, accessed thru the bed pocket, not sure if that works on your reg cab tho

Thanks I was actually looking at it today. Didn't think it would be quite that easy. Will definitely get to it this weekend. Just gotta stop by a dealership and get the parts. Figure I'll change the diff fluid while I'm at it.

Once you get the parts in, it takes all of 7 minutes. Half that with a friend to help.

This website really is a neusance.lol Now I'm looking up AAL's and wheel spacers. I realized at this last meet that my truck sits the lowest out of them all. So I'm trying to decide whether to go with the 1.5" or 2" AAL. Any thoughts???? Also, do you guys know what the Bilsteins at 2.5" equals in terms of lift. I know now I'm set at .85" and I'm 1/4" to 3/8" from sitting level.

Edit: Meant it's annoying cause now I have the mod bug. It's all you guy's fault.

Cool, sounds good. I'll probably be home around 7 or so (I have to do some running around for work for a jobsite Tuesday morning). If you're going to be there any earlier, the wood is in the back stacked against the fence. Just watch there's a hole about 5' inside the gate that the dog dug. It's a good 16" deep. I'll try to mark it out in the snow before I leave tomorrow morning.

Well, I found a slight amount of trail damage, no idea how I did it.. my driver side tail light bottom bracket is broken, so it is a bit wobbly.

Now I gotta find either one new drivers side one, or go with tinted ones.

wow.. i have no idea how that could of happened except for that one puddle you dropped into.. maybe when the rear bumper smacked down on the ice. I've got an extra set of tail lights if you want them.. theyre the ones i was running saturday, they are lightly tinted 05-08 style (non led). I got them cheap and have been using them to see if i'll get hassled by the cops when i tint my led tails

I wouldn't sweat the stance too much. I've done a few mods and my truck still sits lower than most 4x4 rigs that see offroad use.

I was looking for some tinted ones online as well, think I am gonna try and find tinted LED ones.

I will keep your offer in mind though, thanks. :)
