Yeah I tend to agree with this, I do have a slight doubt about this because a lot of his friends said it had been about a year since they had spoken to him and in that year he could have decided that he truly did believe in what his brother believed. If you think about it though, how many of you have older brothers you look up to, or even a younger brother who looked up to you. I would not be surprised if the older brother used that to his and turned the younger brother to commit such a horrible act. It does NOT excuse what he did but its just something I have been thinking about since they caught him.

 

These "Islamic terrorist" think it is honourable to die for there cause, him getting caught and communicating tells me he wasn't that deep into it and it was the brothers influence. But he did the crime so he should do the time, if he wanted to play the he was forced into it card he should have given himself up when his died, but he didn't so he was equally responsable.

 

The fact is the "kid" is a 19 year old adult and has a mind of his own. The "older brother influenced him" thing might be true for a younger person... doesn't work in this case. They both knew what they were doing was wrong.

 

Love hearing they're charging him Federally........wasnt a big surprise by any means....but now the death penalty is on the table.

Apparently they charged him already. Instead of bringing him to court, they brought the court to him.


He made his initial court appearance in his hospital room in front of a federal judge. The charge carries a possible death sentence.

well I don't think killing an eight year old boy, two others and maiming an entire crowd deserves a slap on the wrist and a shoo out the door

what would morally correct is debatable depending on personal belief


but it kinda sucks that we're gonna be paying for his protection, food, and shelter from hereon out
