20 inch 4runner wheels on my tacoma

Hi.. I'm Planning to buy my friends 20 inch 4runner wheels can somebody help me to post some pictures and what are the disadvantages and advantages on putting it thanks..

 

I've seen a few running them.
Pros? 20" wheel i guess...
Cons, only 7" wide, Not many tire choices, and tires are expensive, harsher ride with so little side wall.
I used to have a 2014 4Runner limited.

 

No pros, lots of cons. 20" wheels dont go over well on this site
