Haha I thought the same thing. Now, between my tires and all the shit on the roof I can't hear a f'n thing inside. And with all the weight on it my fuel mileage is horrible.

My first words to the salesman were, "I'm just looking...not gonna buy a truck today." He didn't seem real knowledgeable about trucks in general and Tacomas in particular. It was the truck that hooked me. About 30 seconds into the test drive I was planning mods and wondering, "Holy hell, I've been missing out."

I got what I wanted, at a fair price, the issue is they wanted to make their money off me in the paperwork game. They even gave me the run around about sending stuff to my credit union.

They try to rob you. The lady got very rude when I rejected the warranty. Trying to play "what if" games. I told her I'd take my chances on the tacoma

They have to do something, they may not see you again for 10 plus years.

When I saw the post title, I thought it was about Wrangler jeans.

The comfort, utility, and street ride of a truck easily makes up for any off road deficiencies. Besides, I really only need it to get me to a decent campsite or fishing spot. Jeeps are great at what they're made for and a blast to drive on the trail. I just needed more.
