Only noise I got is the fake exhaust noise pumped through the speakers.

did you take the front air dam off?
If so, did you plug the holes in the lower control arms?
Maybe its making that noise loud hum / whine sound & its not the exhaust after all...

Just trying to think outside the box & rule stuff out, noise can be tricky...

when I put it in a gear select mode and I can replicate it in every gear 2nd, 3rd , 4th etc it’s just tied to rpm 2000-2100 ish

I specialized in weird NVH noises for a living, vehicles...
Did you remove the air dam up front?
sometimes if you change gears, load changes, so rpm should differ if it was related to loading up the exhaust. SO the noise still being there at same rpm in different gears doesnt equate to it being an exhaust drone.....

Did you remove the air dam?
    Start there!

I did have it removed but have the holes plugged the noise comes from behind the passenger seat it sounds like a super low bass. But it intensifies until everything rattles and then abruptly stops and repeats. I’ll try to record it later. I took it in and they told me it’s normal for the car and said one of the other cars made the same vibration… I’m callin bs but I’ll be bringing it back

so take it back, & back, & back...
drive another one on the lot yourself & verify its not normal.
take the service manager or the shop foreman for a road test in yours & a new one on the lot...
    with them....
Ask them to escalate the issue with a FSE if they have to....
Dont pick it up until its fixed.

People do this all the time, as a tech ive had to drive vehicles with shop foreman & the customer...
Need to put your foot down sometimes if you want something to change....

    If its truly an issue.....
If everything rattles, as your driving down the road, its not normal...

Another aspect, sometimes the writer didnt document the concern correctly on the RO, so tech never duplicated the concern, or didnt drive it under the correct conditions, far enough, etc....
Or If he truly sucks, he did feel it & NPF'd it cuz its a looser / non money maker & he internally kicked it down the road....
Soooo many new upcoming kids in the auto industry these days, some good, mostly suck......

I could be wrong but alot of the toyota dealers are on team systems so alot of the techs are bumper to bumper, they dont specialize in a certain dept, engines, brakes, front end, etc....
So sometimes theyre not very good at whatever your concern is....
    Take it back!

    field service engineer....
When shop foreman & tech cant figure something out, they get a higher-up through toyota to come in & take over, drive it, & advise the tech & dealer what to do next.
Theyre at the dealerships weekly, its what they do...
    Help putting out the fires.
Its your job to make it a fire, & not say ok I guess its normal & walk away...

You yourself need to put in the work, do your DD....
Tell a salesman you may be interested in buying another truck & want to roadtest x....
or just tell them the truth, want to compare x new vehicle to yours cuz you hear a noise....

3 its normals, gets you a fully refunded buyback....
So if you truly feel its an issue & others aren't doing what youre saying its doing, keep complaining, have the write it up EVERYTIME, dont leave without a copy of a repair order.
Make them write it up, dont except, hold on ill just get the foreman & you can drive the truck with him, you want it documented every time

Drone often is an issue at those RPM’s. But with factory exhaust I don’t think it’s drone from the exhaust. The huge factory muffler and resonator do a good job of keeping tones down. I’ve got an axel dump and no drone. What could it possibly be other than exhaust drone? Definitely a head scratcher? TQ converter maybe? Maybe the dealership can figure it out?? There are some pretty sharp people on this forum that could chime in?

hard to tell from the video if the rattle noise Is actually being set-off by a vibration / drone to the extent that something in the drive line, power train etc needs to be fixed to eliminate the rattle, or if you just need to fix a rattle.
send the video to your service writer & demand to go on a readiest with the tech & shop foreman so you can first hand show them what its doing & how to re-produce.
dont wait to rack more miles, not the next oil change....
    now!

Strange how it stops and restarts. In my mind - this suggest it is not driveshaft related as it can happen at different speeds. Also suggests that it is electronic - it would not likely stop and restart if it was engine related. Good luck.

That’s why I was thinking it was a harmonic resonance issue like when it peaks so loud it just immediately cuts off and the shaking stops too before it resets. Il

During normal day to day driving it’s pretty tolerable but when I hit that narrow rpm range and stay in it, it sounds crazy. With gear changes the repeating vibration only happens at cruise control at like 81 mph
