2001 jeep Cherokee 138k miles SJ

I have a 01 jeep Cherokee with 138k miles. Brand new 30 in bfg mk2s, brand new starter, battery, serpentine belt, oil filter, air filter, oil, antifreeze, wipers. Needs windshield and rust on rockers to be fixed. Also the shocks on the back work but need the bottom plastic piece to latch on. I'm want 2k firm.
