SUPERCHARGED 2001 Tacoma TRD Prerunner Double Cab "Blown Head Gasket"- Automatic So California

Second Owner. I bought it in 2002 with 20K from a Toyota Mechanic

Never thought I would sell it – asked if I would sell many times. It has been my baby for 18 yrs.

The Bad - 337K Blown Head Gasket. Radiator leak on freeway 2 month ago.

Pricing it at $7000 OBO as is. Install a JDM motor and you have a great truck for years.

- Bottom Ball joints were replaced on a Toyota Recall a few years ago.

- Tundra front Rotors & Calipers Swap. Big Difference in Stopping power.

- Automatic Trans in great shape – ECT & O/D - serviced when needed

- Sony CD Player with original speakers – great sound

- Sliding Rear window – Original - Tinted windows in good condition

- Power Windows, Locks, and Power outside Mirrors

- Original Gray Interior has been covered since I bought it. So it’s like new

- Original Carpet in good condition – Dash Cover in good condition

- Windshield has cracks on bottom – no issues

- Only option it doesn’t have is Anti Lock Brakes

- JDM Motor is $900.

- Rack & Pinion has leak – New Seal ?

- Needs new Trans Mount


History:

- 2nd owner since 2002 – Bought it with TRD Supercharger installed with 20K from Toyota Mechanic

- Maintained and running all these years

- Everything works – Engine does run - blown head gasket

- Was hit in back last December– Hit & run- Insurance replaced tailgate and bumper – no frame damage

- I hit in front – replaced front bumper – no major damage
