2001 Toyota Tacoma fuel filter location?

I am wondering where the location is on my 2.4l 2rz I believe. Also, how often should it be replaced? I’m actually trying to track down a cold start issue I’ve been having. I’ve aready pulled my throttle body & IAC valve. Changed the gasket and gave them a good cleaning. Problem still there. Going to replace spark plugs next. If the problem is still there after that, fuel filter it is?-Thanks

 

IIRC mine was under the cab near the driver-side door, but I have the 3.4l engine.
