2002 2.4l 2 wheel drive front end problems

    2002 Toyota Tacoma 4 cylinder
    nice stereo
    got a 2002 2.4l basic tacoma. replaced upper and lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rods and new shocks about 3 months ago. upper ball joints have already died and everything sounds like metal on metal down there. got 200,000 miles on it. should i replace coil springs too? What about control arms?... am i missing something?
