    what engine do you have? sr5? 2vz?3vz?
    if it is a 3vz there are 2 sensors and looks like you might have replaced the wrong sensor with the wrong part number.
    on this engines there is one sensor right by the exhaust maniful and then there is another sensor down by the passenger door with is the one in that needs to be checked or replace.
    part number is
    Denso 234-4189 Oxygen Sensor

    98 reg. cab tacoma, 17 access cab tacoma
    I too may be in need of a sensor. its a 98 2.7 regular cab. the nuts rusted completely off. needless to say its gonna be a bitch to change. did you also have that problem?

    The hardest part was unlocking the electrical harness kit
