2003 Tacoma, V6, SR5, 5-Speed Manual, with 4WD button on Transfer Case Shift Lever
    N/A
2003 Tacoma, V6, SR5, 5-speed, that has the 4WD button on the transfer case shift lever. LUK Clutch kit installed about 10K miles ago. Downshifted to 3rd and all of the sudden I have nothing. Truck does not even try to move in any gear, 2WD or 4WD, made no noises, no smell, nothing. Pulled trans/tcase, and the clutch is good. Looking in through the shifter opening in the transfer case, I can see movement when turning the trans shaft, but does not turn the tcase yoke. Any suggestions?

You could pull the transfer case and see if the output shaft on the transmission is turning although it sounds like it is. You could then experiment with the transfer case more - in not sure how the push button 4x4 works because I have a j shift t-case.

Transmission input shaft snapped in half or the splines are stripped out . From the OP,s description of the problem , its the only thing that comes to mind thus far .
If you are mechanically inclined enough to remove the transmission and do a clutch job , you are mechanicaly inclined enough to pull this trans apart and find the problem . I can walk you through it , Plus , I have links to most of the members who have done the job in the past with pictures and write ups, .
    Do some research here .
