I was recently rear ended and wanted to swap out my bumper with one from a salvage yard. Am I limited to finding a Tacoma from 01-04 or can I try one from an earlier 1st gen model?
Also, does anyone know if a 4 runner bumper might work?

Thanks in advance for any help or insight

I have an OEM one in my basement; it's rust-free and has some kind of textured black paint on it from the previous owner, but looks pretty factory unless you're really looking up close. I took it off because I wanted a chrome one. If you're interested, hit me up and I can send some pics.
