People are asking if light bars would fit between the shackles or shackle and receiver. You could mount lights on it but some brackets would have be to thought up.

That's a nice looking front receiver. Someone could also use uprights that fit in the front and rear hitches to haul long lumber, pipe etc.

I've been thinking about this. It would be a nice option to do to haul the tubing for my sliders since they're 24' long. I use a trailer now, just a pain in the butt.

Nice option with the rec hitch, would allow use of a winch w/cradle mount!
Plus you could run a cargo carrier or bike rack!

It would also work for moving trailers in tight areas, front rec hitches add a lot of options!

Given your intent and design would it still be able to withstand the stresses of being used with a cradle mount winch? This is what I am looking to do so I can winch from the front or rear. Thanks for any clarification you can provide.

For sure. It it is rated and has been tested using a 9500lb winch. We designed it to go much heavier, but really on these trucks you shouldn't go above that weight anyways. Too much stress on everything else.

@arsenj0365 is the install pretty straight forward on these? I am looking at just the recovery point/no hitch option.
    Thanks.

Very straight forward. Remove front grill and bumper, remove factory crash bar, install the recovery bar, disassemble the factory crash bar and bolt to the recovery bar, put the front bumper and grill back on. Requires a few hand tools, no drill! Should take less than 2 hours, but will take 3 because for an hour you will lose yourself in its awesomeness and just admire it's beauty. It does require a very minor amount of cutting on the lower valence of the bumper. Tin snips, clip two 1" wide sections out so the shackle points pass thru. The product includes detailed instructions with a tool list and tons of pictures on removal and installation.

Website is easier honestly. You can hop on there, select options and pay. I will get a notification and get started on the order. I tend to let buyers know my progress. Typically I can weld one up in a couple hours, my hold up is powder coat. The company that does it for me is slow. Should still get it out to you in less than 3 weeks. Once it ships, you'll get a tracking number.
