    I say it's your truck. Do what you wanna do with it! Worse things to spend money on than brakes.

    That said, the Trail Gear kit mentions "custom made GM style rotors". Any time I hear that I think of potential parts sourcing issues in the future. The nice thing about the SOS kit is that it uses Toyota consumables which are more easily found everywhere when you need them, not some parts hunt wild goosechase down the road. Plus, you get an e-brake with the SOS kit so definitely the direction I would lean, especially since Black Friday is just around the corner and SOS always seems to do a sale.
