Ok, after many weeks of searching for a set of Nerf Bars that would fit a REG or Standard Cab, I finally pulled the trigger for a set of Tube Steps PTS09-35060 from the Dealer which are Silver and bolt right on. Our local dealer offered me a set for $435 bucks. I found a person on Ebay that had the same set for $330 bucks and found a Dealership about 2hrs away but they sold them to me for $270 plus $25 for shipping to my house. Yeah, I'll should get them by this Friday. Next is a cargo net for the tailgate (mucho needed after coating my bed with 2 gallons of milk last weekend. Then on to some chrome fog lamps and remove those fugly black plastic fillers. Next is Remote door locks and some center decals for my wheel hubs. The list goes on, but for the next two weeks, that should do. :D

I have a friend who is going to help me modify the brackets so that they are spring loaded to around 100lbs so when stepped on, they will go down around 6 inches and then retract back up.

Hmmmm??? Factory Tube Steps arrived. Pretty cool looking, 5"inch wide step w/Silve and Black Steps and Brackets fit perfectly with room for adjustment. Took about 10mins on each side to install. However.......the Passenger side arrived with a Dent in it already. I talked with WWTP and they said they would send me a replacement tube which is pretty cool. If they follow through on this, I'll be doing some more business with them. Has anyone else used WorldWide Toyota Parts before? They seem to have excellent prices and I'm about to see about support.

Well for me, I contacted WWTP and informed them of the dent, 2 days later a new Nerf bar arrived at my front door, along with a bunch of WWTP T-Shirts for my trouble. Actually not much trouble at all. 4 easy bolts and I RR the dented bar with a new one. Put the old one back in the box, put it on the porch with the WWTP supplied return label and in less than 15mins I was done and T-Shirts look really cool. Nicely done with a cool design that I'm proud to wear. Small logo on the Front left side and the big Logo on the back. Not like some T-Shirts that have a big freakin advertising billboard size Logo on the Front and nothing on the back.

So......all in all, it was a pleasure doing business with WWTP (World Wide Toyota Parts). Prices were the lowest, Customer Service was the Highest, Shipping was the Fastest and I'll be a regular Customerst.

I'm on my second tacoma. First was 1999 that I bought new and modded with pretty much everything at one time or another for 14 years. Toyota bought it back due to frame rust. New tacoma is exact same truck down to the black color with alpine nav/dvd, tint, de-badged, and softopper, so far.
Found new Westin #23-3695 3" nerf bars in black for my 2013 on ebay for $130.00. They look great and mounted in the stock holes in 15 minutes.
