2007 A/C problem

    When I turn on the A/C button it flashes and goes not generate any cold air. Does the system just need recharged or does the flashing indicate something else?

    LED interior lights, stubby antenna, Pioneer in dash screen, good driver mod.
    no clue? get a scan done on it from auto zone and see if there are any error codes...then go from there
