2007 cummins problems?

    afe pro-dry s filter, LCE headers, painted black steelies,color matched grill surround, URD short shifter, UWS black tool box
    im on the verge of buying a 2007 ram 2500 with one of the last 5.9 cummins made, i have a 2002 with over 190k and never had a problem outta the truck does anyone else know of any problems with the later 5.9's

    my bf is on cumminsforum.com...i'd go check it out, you'll get lots of good info. But from what i know from my bf and all the people we know with cummins, they are really great trucks

    that model cummins is still awesome, the new ones with all the egr crap have way to many problems with all the cats and even turbo problems.

    X2. My Mom bought a top line cummins last week....337 miles on it now, and the CEL is already going off.

    The 5.9 Cummins is Awesome! Just stay away from the new 6.7l cummins unless you want to have to replace the turbo every 10k miles
