2007 Tacoma Sport, Double Cab Rear Door Electric Lock Not Working

Hi,
I own a 2007 Toyota Tacoma Sport with Double Cab. The electric lock on the driver's side rear door is not operating any more. I pulled the door panel off and pulled the plug out of the lock unit. When my wife hits the button to lock all of the doors, I get a voltage on my volt meter. So, I'm guessing the lock unit needs to be replaced. Does any one have any experience doing this?

Only have 45K miles on the truck and I'm pretty disappointed in it. So far, I've had to fix the temperature/compass head unit (thanks to Tacoma World for the solution), rear leaf springs replaced (again thanks to Tacome World for making me aware of the pseudo recall). Not to mention the gas pedal recalls. I've owned a 2000 4 Runner and also currently own a 2004 Sequoia. Never had any problems with either of these vehicles. Toyota seems to have slipped a bit in 2007.

Bump - Anyone else have this problem or a solution? If not, anyone know of a good online used parts dealer for Toyotas?
