I've had this truck since new, 7 miles on the odo and I've started noticing my stock radio cut out and just today, it changed the station a couple numbers without my input. I do have an old usaspec ipod adapter hooked up behind the radio. Anyone have issues similar on a stock radio where it cuts out for a second while it's playing? I haven't had a chance to disconnect the adapter at this point to see if that could be doing something since it's hooked up to the antenna port on the back.

My radio has been gradually losing reception over the past year. I get near zero station signals now. I had it out last week to make sure the antenna plug was in but didn't help. Figure it's just time for an upgrade.

Probably your antenna, antenna lead, or antenna mount has gone bad.

Any idea how to remove the mount from the panel and install a new one?
