2008 tacoma doesn't allow right trailer blinker to work

    I watched this video, I don't have a white wire grounded behind the left tail light! This truck I recently bought used.

    My other vehicles work with the trailer so...

    I noticed I was missing 30a fuses and a relay in my engine fuse panel...what good is that? What happened? Do I need to have Both ground and fuses, even though the tester shows that the lights are there!
