2009 Pre-runner Photos

is the AUX plug standard on all 2009 models? i would be pissed if it is seeing as i just got my 08.

 

So, would this be the same cloth used in the sport models or would it be the perforrated style?

 

I think Im glad I got an 08. Those taillights have got to go.

IMO they could have done without the Euro style tail lights. no thanks for those!

 

Same as you guys not really like the Tail lights or the sub in the back. Glad to have my 07. Have they incorporated a 4 wheel knob that lights up, fog lights that indicate when their on, allow you to turn on the fog lights when you want?

 

i actually like it. loving that grey color...

Yes, and thanks for the pic. It still looks way to much mid 80's velour, but I guess that is what some see as luxury. Back in the 70's when most everything had "deluxe vinyl" as the top of the heap other than real leather, that cloth would have been right nice. Georgia summer heat and humidity and vinyl don't mix. The cloth in My Tacoma reg cab breaths well.

 

When I owned a VW the VW car forums called the led tails "ricer" now the Japanese truck forum is calling them euro????

I think they are just ugly and they are marketing them to us for some inhumane reason.

Have you noticed if the rear headrest pull out? I rarely have anyone in the back and would much rather remove them until needed, instead of having them hanging down at a 45 degree angle (as seen in earlier pics) or up causing two nice blind spots. Thanks.

 

Nice truck with better options, I did see the timberland green mica on a Tundra and I was a little disappointed, I was hoping for a little more green, it's kind of a dark grey with a hint of green in reflection only.

the change the front lights just a little,,, it's like a tinted black
