Spent sometime looking and typing different searches but havent felt like I have come up with a answer.

Truck has 46k miles and shifts poorly while in traffic seems like it winds up then drops into second a little to late while I am in traffic light footed. When I give it gas she shifts just fine. Will a TSP cover it? The TSP I found for the truck is more for the 2-1 hard shift which really isnt a problem. Is this something I can do if I get the Tech stream software and wire or will I need to take it into the dealer? Your feedback would be really appreciated.
