A co-worker had the same issues on his 09 Off Road Dbl Cab. Dealer was some what questionable about it. Do this........take a hose from your house and spray the back window and i'm sure you will see water coming in. Once you have accomplished this bring it to the dealership and have them do the same. They will then see you do actually have an issue. Co-worker had the entire back window replaced under warranty.

I'm 100% sure that will work for you!

Common leaks are around the 3rd brake light seal and leaking in through the HVAC vent after a winshield has been replaced. If the windshield hasn't been replaced, I would suggest dropping it at the dealer, get a loner and tell them you don't want it back until they fix it.....

mine leaked through the ac vent a couple times. If you take off the outside cover its pretty easy to see why. I got better floor mats and dump it out when it happens.

Well, i've got an 09 reg cab (4x4) with 22k+ miles, and no leaking issues for me. Except for the multiple times i've left the slider open through rainstorms. Though I doubt the dealer can do anything for my "dumbassisity".

I saw a taco at the dealership with this same issue. They removed the bed and resealed the bead under the sliding glass window. Apparently the cab has an assembly joint (don't know the term) when the cab is put together and that part was never sealed correctly, hence the leak.
