2010 4Runner Mirrors Worked!

I believe the factory 4Runner mirrors have LED bulbs so there is no worries about having to change them very often if at all. I have the DTRL mod on my truck so in order for the turn signals to work we had to tap off of that circuit and in turn that keeps the mirror turn signals on just like the front of the truck. I guess we could of gone off of the rear signals if you wanted to go that route.

Having them on as DTRL at first bothered me but it does look pretty cool at night.

BTW - Those look pretty bad ass on your truck Jerez

Actually I didn't check that...I know the puddle lights don't have LEDs in them becuz I installed some my self
Ya I have the wires into the cab now and closed it up for now becuz I have some other to finish up 4 cluster swaps and ship back tomorrow morning b4 work

Hopefully ill have the turn signals and those up and running tonight but will do ASAP

Or better yet... How much you paying for a set of mirrors? I might be able to cut you a good deal on a slightly used pair off a 2011 4Runner... hahahaha

 

why don’t you just put the taco mirrors on her 4 runner and her 4 runner mirrors on your taco?

Yup LEDs, and I swapped them I had a pair left

 

Just normal 194 base bulbs? And the signal lights?

So tempted to just fork out the cash and buy one right now

 

Ya the bottom lights are 194...I didn't check the turn signals I assume they are...I may be an ass and add another light in there and make them into dtrls (white like my switchbacks) then switch to orange when blinkers are on

 

That would be clean!

does the Forerunner have heated mirrors, i would consider this to have heated mirrors ?

 

I wonder if these would work with a first-gen?
