Long story short...my intercooler pump has run erratically since installed on the brand new truck two months ago. When I turn on the ignition, I hear the pump start up and sometimes it sounds smooth like its pumping freely, but then randomly I will hear the pump sound like it is straining. This has bothered me from the start and my dealership told me that I would get a DTC code if there was a problem. Yesterday I walk out of work and up to my truck and find a puddle of coolant that leaked from the inlet hose on the intercooler pump. Dropped it at dealership and their solution was to put a new hose clamp on it and pressure test to prove no leaks. My question is - shouldnt this pump run smooth and consistant when the truck is running? If I understand correctly how the intercooler works, its just a closed loop of coolant and therefore should run smooth, not erratic with no rhyme or reason to its erratic pulse at times. I suspect there is something floating inside the coolant that may be blocking the pump causing it to strain then blow through making it smooth until the contaminant makes its way back to the pump again? I spoke to TRD and they couldnt help, just said to take it to another dealer. Please let me know your thoughts. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated!

PS - Aside from this, I absolutely love this truck!
