Well since you said it.....I'll be the first to throw you off the top rope!

Give the guy a break, I'm sure it's a learning experience.

You can't tell me you came out of the womb sprinting for the finish line.....I'm sure you were like the rest of us and had to learn how to crawl before you could walk.

Just be glad you got something that is not offered at your local Wal-Mart and is made in China. :D

With that said, thanks for the Horns Andres.....it's much appreciated.

And no hard feelings, with a flying elbow to the face. HAHAHAHAHA

Finally got a 2011 grille for the 08 & put the horns on it that I scavenged off the 05 before trading it in on the 08. The 05 had a base model black 2011 grill. I wanted a chrome 2011 on the 08 to keep the SR5 theme going...behold:D

No slamming from me. Ridiculous lack of customer service. Mine took forever, then was missing the screws that I paid for when it finally got here. Andres said he'd make it up to me by cutting me a deal on a Tundra emblem for a buddy of mine. I sent the details to him, and have never heard back. I warned my friend that it was a sketchy situation, and finally told him to forget it.

I chuckle at all the fanboys Andres has on here, and wonder why they think it's cool to pay for something, then sit around for months, wondering where the product is, receiving no feedback, etc... Trust me, there are quite a few folks on here that think like you and me on the topic, but are afraid to get piled on by the fanboys. I haven't cared what others think about me for many years, and am not to start now. ;)

you ever order a porsche or a custom vette, or a custom house, you pay up front and wait months to years some times

my last house took me 17 months before i ever got it, completely custom though

or the last porsche my father ordered took a year to get in, but he did get a rental porsche after 3 months to drive

quality on 95% is superb, what did the bolts cost you 30 to 50 cents at any hardware store

custom anything and being on what i consider a group buy will always take longer, yes it took him a while but he had his paint company flake o him so that delayed things, he also im assuming had a 150+ orders

he was going to school, working full time and making decals

did it take to long yes, am i gonna get angry no, was i missing bolts yup, but walking into the hardware store to size the bolts up was better anyways :p

Like I said, Andres has his fanboys here. Now we have one that compares these grill logos to Porsches and houses! And as far as the school angle? I had to chuckle at all the fanboys that hooked onto the "finals" excuse. I have bachelors and masters degrees myself, and I can tell you, the only "finals" that take that long to study for are JD and MD, and he's neither of those. But keep saying that crappy customer service is okay, and you'll get exactly that.
