On 2005 with stock arms the swaybar is on because of the high speed driving and swerving from holes. The 2011 is just fine without it..the long travel may rip the links to shreds. The 255s run approx 25 psi air pressure .

The pre-runners with the sealed cv joints do that here and there. It's usually the front or center joint that goes first though instead of the rear.

The nipple broke off some time ago and the joint was not serviced. It's just lack of Maintenance combined with the severe dirt and water. Surprisingly there was no significant vibration. Good luck for me it failed at low speed. I have 3 of the hard to find yokes in my garage..Toyota does not sell it separately so I was lucky to find the yolks with a lot of research. If you damage your yolk the option is either a new or used shaft. Good luck to find a yolk..lol

Had a similar issue with the nipple. Noise and vibration occurred suddenly while driving home from work one night. Replaced the ujoint and all was fine after. I have pics that I will post later.

I think its important to note that this truck is a working truck and it was designed as such.

Its not a weekend warrior toy. This truck serves the purpose to shuttle people to the lumber concession that this person operates and to a Ranch. It was specifically designed to do the trip in as little time as possible. Time is money so its worth the investment. If I remember correctly we did the one way trip in 3 hrs maybe a bit less with a stop for some food. it would take another 2 hrs with a standard 4x4. Even so they are considering a private plane.

Thanks for that wonderful Video. I just came back from Guyana and ran through everything on the truck. For the battering it took while down there its still in pretty good shape. We had a Driveshaft Bearing failure but that was due to lack of Maintenance...GREASEEEEEEE lol. Andrew gave me a lesson on grease types..now I am educated.

Hey miles -- you are welcome. BELIEVE me it was a pleasure. About the battering on the truck. Andrew definitely does not baby that truck -- as you know its a work truck.

LOL on the grease and thanks for pointing me in the right direction with Andrew. Funny how that all worked out.

Be safe and hopefully our paths will cross down in Guyana the next time i go.

This was probably forever ago for you but was this before or after the alignment? I have the exact same set up and this is how the cam adjustment bolts look after it supposedly being alignment... My bushings are wedge between the cam tabs squishing the bushings and even cutting into them on one of them. I feel like it might be part to do with a poor alignment and with my shocks being at the lowest setting (no preload).
