I put a down payment on a 2011 Double Cab LB and have been a little worried I should have got the short box. Although, there are no short boxes left in my area, so I would not be getting a Tacoma if I opt out of the deal I made. Anyone on here regret getting the LB? Would it be reason enough to break the deal?

I wanted a short bed at first but the truck that I wanted was a long bed. In the end I'm glad I got the long bed because it was the model and color I wanted. Looking back I think I would be unhappy with a short bed. I say if you can get the options you want in the truck then I wouldn't worry about it being a long bed.

Okay thanks for the response, I really appreciate it. Do you do any off reading with it? From what I hear the lb is not good off road. I am by no means buying the truck to off road, as a matter of fact I haven't even been off roading before, however, it would be nice to have to option to do off roading with it if I want to

Love my long bed. I bought it to use it as a truck so the extra foot of bed comes in handy.

I absolutely love my lb and use it to haul all the time. I wouldn't change it for the world.

I originally want the short bed but ended up getting the long bed. I'm very happy with my decision. I've had no problem maneuvering and think I would have regretting getting the short bed.

Love my LB as well. When hauling my quad, I can actually close my tail gate while my buddy in his SB has to leave the gate down & ratchet strap it down :mudding:

Thanks guys, I have just been stressing like crazy because I have saved for years for this and this is it for a while. Sometimes I really like the look of the lb and other times I love the look of the sb. I won't be hauling too much, but it's nice to have the ability to haul a dirtbike or something. But I also want to be able to take it off road.

lb is the only 2011 dc left though, so I guess it's that or nothing.
