2011 leather seats

Anyone with a 2011 done leather seats?? My wife was reading in the owners manual and it says that you shouldnt even put seat covers on?? WTF are there airbags in the seats??

 

There are airbags in the sides of the seats starting in 2009. Wet okole makes covers that have slits for the air bags, and any reputable leather interior kit will also accomodate the air bags. I have lether on my 2009, with side air bags

I put on some $24 seat covers that aren't meant for airbags. I will get some Wet Okoles at the end of the summer when I don't get in my truck dirty after work.

 

Why are you afraid of getting your seat covers dirty? Isn't that what they're for? To get dirty, so the cloth underneath doesn't?
