2012-2015 fog light bezel removal question

My OEM black LED fog lights arrived today, I ordered

$125 PT413-42191 Fog Light (Black), 1 Pack

PT413-42191 that were mentioned in a thread a few days ago. How do I pop out the fog light assembly? I have fog lights so I am just replacing. I see blue clips, do I take these out and pull the bezel out from the front? How many of these clips are there and are there any other screws holding it in? I searched but didn't find anything other than someone mentioning blue clips. Can I get to everything without removing the wheel well liner? Thanks.

 

You have to remove two screws from the bottom of the wheel well liner, remove one push pin type fastener up higher on the wheel arch opening, and them bend the wheel well liner back toward the wheel. The blue clips slide out toward the right and left respectively if I remember right. The bezel is removed from the outside. There are two tabs on the fog light bezel that engage the bumper cover on the sides opposite the blue clips.
