Buy a TRD Off Road for 30k, 3k in lift, 2k in wheels and tires, and laugh while putting 4k+ away in the bank! And you'll have a better truck!

For what your paying for that truck you can the regular TRD Offroad and completely an awesome mid travel set up with wheels and add a front locker (if needed) and still go to lunch with your lady  too much...

And I you really want those over size decals, u can get them made...I personally don't like them

Go in, sit down at the finance table.
Offer $35K max, for $420 a month max, at 2.9% APR, with $2K max down payment.
If they don't like it, walk away, you tried and you still have your money.

The sticker on fully loaded TRD offload (w Entune, etc.) is $35k. So, they're asking $4k for Baja upgrades. Not saying I'd pay it, but I have a preference for TRD over a local shop that will only give a good warranty for mucho $$.

Really not much to add but no way I would even look at a $40k Tacoma.

Please do your research and then comment... Ask whipperderper where his assumptions based on "facts" got him...

Now I'm in for the always entertaining whipperderper rebuttal/comment...

5100s up front are about $200 and 5165s in the rear about $300. If I added that up correctly its $500 for the "Toyota Racing Shocks".
What else does this come with? Tires, stickers, rims? Sounds like a bunch of Derp

there is an access cab at my local dealer $35,xxx.... now, I paid $32,xxx for my D/C TRD O/R..
then did 5100's f&r (not the exact same shocks this truck has but i have the same amount of front lift now) for +/-$300
3 leaf AAL (so i now have one more leaf then this truck and probably a better ride) for $290
I did Method wheels (so my trucks wheels stick out like these and look good as do these) for $700
I bought 32" goodyears (one inch bigger then this truck) for $810

thats $2100 give or take for upgrades so that brings me to $34,xxx.

now i have more room in my cab and a trailer hitch...

that truck doesn't have the above but does have a sticker and an exhaust..

    choose wisely.
