For pretty much the same price I'm with you, except whipperderper seems to hate on that just as much, so I should definitely not like the Raptor either...

 

I know it's a lot and not top of the line stuff that's used for the Baja edition but it's also all covered under warranty and you can finance the truck, you'll have a hard time financing aftermarket mods.

Personally, I wouldn't buy one but I can at least see the point in buying one.

This.. It may have some kind of offroad warranty like the raptor, And to be honest. Stuff like that coming from factory, is going to be way stronger than any after-market application. Because the entire truck is built around having that extra stuff.. just like how strong the components on the raptor are (BESIDES the frame )

to me tha raptor is not much different than this Baja Tacomas.....fancy (er) shocks, but at least Ford threw in some flared fenders and special front facia

if you want a truck or car to do things lawyers wouldn't fret, you have to do it yourself. Don't ever expect a company to sell you anything more than street able safe products.
