Any advice for getting a quality set of factory wd's for my 12. As I see it I have 2 options:
    1) Go to my dealer service dept and talk to a manager/tech.

    2) Use the TIS (Toyota Technical Information System) service, which is fee based. But I'm not sure what I would be getting for my $.

I hope to get a full sized, color set, and I'm willing to pay a reasonable fee.

Mitchell ondemand, all data, tis all have diagrams. Tis has both PDF and flash diagrams that you could save or print once you have a subscription. Good luck with your search

    Hi all.

I went to TIS and got every scrap of info there is on my truck. I paid the 75 for a month since the repair manual has a different viewer and required each of the near 2600 files to be printed to Acrobat distiller so they could be saved as PDF's.

The EWD is 64 PDF files that I arranged into 8 folders. The EWD viewer has a print button that opens the diagram in a PDF that can then be saved.

For the 15 buck - 2 day subscription you can easily save the entire EWD and other info if you like.

    Cheers.

Thanks for the help. I have decided to use TIS to get the full wd set, and have a pro printer make color copies of those I need.

Maybe it would be a good idea to make a "sticky" about how to get these, including feedback/suggestions from those who use TIS.

What kind of suggestions you looking for its fairly easy to use. All you need is flash, toyotas ewd view (you will get a pop up to run) and a PDF reader
