Hey Guys, I am new to posting on the forum, though I have been reading posts for over two years now. I was wondering what the best 4" lift would be. I am not worried about money, but I am worried about the ride. I do most of my driving freeway, I'd say about 80% driving, 20% offroad. I want a really smooth ride guys. I work in the oil fields over the summers when I'm not in college. I make a real decent wage out there, so I'm not really concerned about money. If I'm going to lift it I want to do it Right! Thanks for your help!

I don't know much on the drop bracket lifts but yes a lot of people run that particular setup. There is a RCD thread on here

To get 4" you'll need either a DB lift ( :jerkoff: ) or a +2" LT kit ( ) from either allpro or TC.

mgrande, which one rides smoother. I want to preform in the dunes and mud, but I still want a smooth ride.

When I get this done, is there a particular shop that's known in the Central or Southern California area that is impeccable. I am a Mechanical Engineer but suspension is not my forte!

Don't get LT if you are going in the mud.. use some cheap spacer lift

The LT will. You've got some more research ahead of you though. Most of the guys running a 2" kit have 35's and are listed in the 35's thread.
