HELL no.... dont let the dealer touch your truck. 6 quarts of 75w-90 gear oil is all you need and a lil hand pump. 1.6quarts for the front diff, 1.4 for the tcase and 3 for the rear axle. Grab a drain / fill plug crush washer kit off Amazon for 10 bucks n do it yourself.

But seriously and the VERY least change the rear diff oil... you are going to be DISGUSTED at what comes out especially if you have 60k on original oil. I changed mine at 5k miles, then again at 30 and 60k got front diff n tcase.

also consider doing transmission fluid, pretty easy process once you wrap your head around it, just a lil time consuming.

Also do your spark plugs, cheap and they will be needed.... dude above who says just run with it i have 189k on it is running in ignorance is bliss state.

I did all fluids and spark plugs at 60k. I have same make model year. My only mod since truck was paid off was to beef up my rear leaf pack, got HTH bed stiffeners and bought a Leer color matched 180 shell. That all happened after 60k. I ditched the oem tires long ago for Cooper Discover AT3s through @Discount Tire Direct

I change my own engine oil so it can't be that hard to do. I imagine there is a how-to thread out here for it because it would be a first for me. Still on the original oils except for engine oil...been changing that every 5k since day 1...synthetic spoiled.

you go waste money on new plugs when you don't need them and be happy
too many people think its the pre 70s and you have to change them because of lead buildup
just as bad as people that change oil every 3k

It's recommended to replace them because the gap gets out of tolerance requiring a higher voltage to create the spark. But hey man, I'm sure you know more than the Toyota Engineers. Either way, it's your truck, just be sure to tell the next owner that you didn't keep up with maintenance.

Yup there is a how to on here

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/front-diff-and-transfer-case-oil-change-howto.147631/

Do yourself a favor and spray some pb blaster / penetrating oil / aerokroil (thats the good shit) on the drain and fill plugs for a day or two before you plan on changing gear oils, that will save you from stripping drain n fill plugs. Also, always remove fill plug first.

and here are all the necessary crush washers to be replaced

you gap plugs when out of tolerance, you don't need to replace them

the coils don't get higher voltage applied and the computer can detect spark gap

Appreciate the info! Yeah, that would be the only concern is stripping the threads...don't want this to cost me more than it needs to.

Wait for a nice sunny day, grab a lawn chair and a beer out of your garage, sit in the driveway with aforementioned beer, and enjoy what you’ve done!

Then yes, lift, tires, sliders, bumper, skids, arb fridge, and more beer!

    Congrats man!

Naw you will be fine. only thing you can really strip is front diff fill plug as its a wacky allen head flange bolt. The rest are huge like 24mm hex heads.

Don’t do this... plugs are $20 tops from the dealer and a one hour job... change them.

    One hour job?

Not to thread jack jut I have six iridium's ready to go in my 2015 with 51k on the clock. The how to on here says give yourself 4 hours. This will also be my first time ever changing plugs on a vehicle so I know I will be going slow.
