2013 Formula 1 Season Paddock

At least COTA looks to be one of the better supported rounds. Wish old lady and I could get down there.

 

I would like to go to the COTA track some year

 

It's even in driving distance for me (long day...). I thought about it last year, but didn't want to deal with any "new track" issues, and this year, just did not get to planning it early enough.

 

Yeah it was a great experience. The weekend before they had a 5k on the track, so I was able to run on the actual race track but not the entire track. Anyway, seeing the track from that view was completely different than a spectator view. But as for race week, it was my first time at an actual race, amazing experience

The cars are crazy loud eh ?

 

Ear buds helped a lot. The sound is like rockets flying by on wheels.

 

I was there in Turn 11. The Ferrari Challenge race was more of a spectacle than the actual F1 race. Still, what an amazing time. My 2nd year at COTA, making it a tradition with my brother and I.

Damn entertaining race , I have to say I was hoping that Rosberg would drop out to behind Massa so that my seats for next year's race would be in front of the Ferrari pits again
