at least I wouldn't have to keep eyes on my mascot if we were alone in the same room together. I'd trust a bulldog not to eat me.

I thought the comments were over the line, but not worth a restraining order. What kind of adult tells young boys to get into college football so that they can score a hot chick. Over the line to me.

 

It doesn't have to. When our team goes 8-5, nobody is afraid of us. We have cowbells to distract from our ineptitude on the field and Bully is used to cheer us up. Nobody can stay sad around a playful puppy. Unless you're a heartless creature. Or allergic.

 

Bulldogs smell like shit and tigers are also auburn.

I didn't think they were over the line. He said she was a beautiful woman and told kids to be a successful QB and they can get beautiful women, too. I don't see the problem there. How often do you see linemen with smokin hot women? They might have some, but not near the regularity it seems that successful qbs get them. He was just tellin kids to aim high

 

except for johnny boy that is a very favorable schedule to play for the NC The same with urban meyer and ohio state...thats it..urban and saban head to head for the NC.would be a better game I would think than this last debacle.

I personally thought the conversation was a little inappropriate particularly from a 70+ yr old man speaking of a 20 something young lady. Her graduating from AU & being Miss Alabama was worth noting & mentioning that she was a very pretty young lady would have sufficed...

 

Did he go overboard? Probably. Could the situation be worse? Definitely. I didn't think his comments were that bad granted I'm a 17 year old kid.

 

Say what you will about the mascots, the Bulldog is one that fans can actually own and keep at their home, not many others can do that.

As far as the Miss Alabama thing, I don't see why so many are making such a big deal of it? It's not like he said he wanted to bang her.
