IDK about the Deavers because I went with RXT. The rest sounds like a sweat setup and definitely an upgrade over what I've got.
I'd consider holding off on the bump stops if you want to save some money in the short term. Since upgrading my suspension I've yet to hit a bump stop which I did frequently with the OEM leaf pack. They can be installed easily later on. For a couple of bolts and some foam they are quite expensive.
I think you want to match the rear strut length based on how much lift the leaf pack will give so travel is not lost from them already being extended.
Regarding the front shock's clip settings, I believe that you want to avoid the upper clip settings because it'll make the ride harsher. If your buying new springs get a lift spring so you can keep the shock's clips at the lower settings. I purchased the shocks and springs preassembled.

I was at a loss when I trying to decide my shock / leaf pack set up. I sent emails to Shock Surplus and Hotshot Off Road via their web sites. SS never replied, but HSOR did via email which led to a very informative phone conversation. HSOR is on this site as @memario124

I just swapped the factory struts/shocks for 5100’s and the stock trd sport springs. I know it will need to settle and all that, but i put them on the lowest circlip setting, expecting stock height. It looks like it should sit around the stock level, which is perfect for my use

so fwiw, if you dont need a lift and just want a better ride, im into this for under $500 with new kyb top hats

i need an alignment before i drive too much, but im hoping for a nicer ride, after 140k miles on factory stuff
