2013 Toyota Tacoma Electrical issues

It all started with an AC compressor issue, didn't use AC for about 3 weeks. Ordered compressor, while waiting for part to come in, tried to turn on the AC again. Heard a loud popping noise and lost power to windows, ac and four lights came on the dash (Traction control, ABS, Engine and Brake). The speedometer is also not working. Checked the engine light with a code reader and got a P0500 speed sensor A malfunction. Changed both front tire wheel speed sensors and AC compressor, but still having issues. Checked all fuses within the vehicle, all are working.

It seems to me like it should be a electrical issue, but when researching I have not been able to find a solution. Any help would be appreciated.

 

How did you check your fuses--visually or with an ohmmeter? Sometimes a fuse will look good and be open.

 

Fuses were checked with a ohmmeter.
