I need help with an ongoing dispute with a Toyota dealership service department. I have a 2013 TRD Sport 2 wheel drive. Does anyone know the OEM pad and shoe new thickness? I have searched and have many answers so I'm requesting help on this forum. Thank you in advance for your response.

Nope. Never measured them. I’m sure someone here knows. Why the dispute?

Just go to the shelf and pull a new pad out of the box and measure it...

1st why even bother debating with the dealership.

That stated couple of different pad part numbers for pads (for 6 lug trucks up front). There is a cheaper park number 04465-AZ100, or the more expensive original from the factory part (04465-04070)

I feel they didn't accomplished the brake job correctly.

That is correct. There are two versions of the brake pad available. They are both factory pads. One is more expensive than the other. I forget what the difference in pads are but they are different.

Without a stated problem we can’t help much. What is your problem?
