i got this kit on Amazon. mine was a 2" though.. fairly simple install other than the fact you have to collapse the spring enough to spin the top coil hat in order for the strut to fit back into the upper strut bucket (now the bolts have been offset). after driving roughly 50 miles the alignment showed most change in the toe adjustment and not the camber that looked questionable to the eye. anyways.. enjoy.

oh.. i forgot to mention.. the only other real hang up i had, and maybe 3" guys don't have a problem with since their plates would be thicker, but the OEM strut mounting bolts, the green round nuts.. they have a tall tapper tip bolt and when putting the strut in place the tips of the bolts hit the mounting plate of the strut bucket. so i had to shave the tip of the stud off. almost flush with the nut. and obviously flush with the spacer plate. that was the only unexpected thing.

How did it change the ride? How noticable does it look?

no noticeable change in ride. purely cosmetic to the eye. 60 for the spacer kit. and 60 for a 1 time alignment at the local tire shop. worth 120 to me. my labor of course.
