Ok so all the details I have is we are meeting in the town of Prather at 0700 on Saturday the 29th. The run is open to all stock rigs. To give you an idea of the type of rigs, I walked my stock 86 runner up the trail without a problem, but there are also obstacles that will get an Ftoy on 40s stuck. As it is a early morning start, I would suggest looking into camping off of fire road 9s09 up above the town of shaver. There are a few campsites up there, not sure what the situation with those are, as we usually just use them as trailer parking during the day..... If you have any mor questions I can answer them or get them answered.

Hey for everyone that's rolling to Pillsbury this weekend (CMJ and mademan925 is all I think?) how does meeting at 11 at the Valero off old redwood hwy sound.

    5153 Redwood Hwy N
    Petaluma, CA 94954-1161
    United States

I'm up the road from there by just a bit, and it's easy on/off the freeway. Plus if u guys get into town early, you could always just cruise up to my place, 5 minutes away.

Let me know if that works. We'll be picking up 2 more peeps in Ukiah, probably fuel up there. We might be joined on Sunday by Ryan (DangerousCrew on Pinkbike) who is responsible for digging and maintaining a lot of the trails up that way.

Word. I'm stoked. Gonna go start packing up my camping shit!

Dam must be nice to pay Jerry to install a bolt on. I wish i could afford the diff skid by it self. Just cant spend that kind of cash right now. I have to get on replacing my front diff seals, adding the egcs bushing ( to get rid of the vib and stupid needle bearing and the driver side cv boots just cause i will have it apart and they are close to needed it anyways.i just got all the parts today ,except i need to grab some gear oil in the morn. and will be wrenching all day tomorrow.

He is local. I installed my lca skids, ifs, transfer case, transmission, gas tank, and front bumper myself. I just wanted to do a test fit because glen has to cut his gas tank skid and I was worried I'd have to cut mine and I suck with my angle grinder. The install was free since shipping was included in the cost and I picked it up.

Its always nice to pay others to due dirty work when you can.Or when its work you just don't feel like doing:D.You said free but really you paid.???

I would normally pay someone to due my cv/diff work but I want the practice in case i ever need to do this on the trails.
I just wish that dam diff skid was cheaper. Its awesome but i just cant see myself spending that much on it.Did it inter fear with you gas tank skid???

I would but I'm kinda anal about it being done right!lol
So i finished rebuilding the junk yard OEM cv.(witch was in perfect shape but i put new SDHQ boots on it) My first time doing so, and it was pretty easy but very messy.now as soon as i get those inner clamps she will be ready to install. Now that I have all the tools to do this if anyone needs help with replacing boots in the Sacramento area let me know!!Its easy with the right tools. When I pull the driver-side off to replace the needle bearing with egcs bush.I will rebuild that one and put it the passenger-side.I will try to make a video or a build page if i can get someone to help with camera, there was to much grease for me to do both.

Nope. The RCI gas take skid fits with the bamf rear diff skid. The budbuilt gas tank skid doesnt.
