2014 PreRunner Entune Update

Hi Everyone,
I've been a longtime lurker and finally made an account as I have run into an issue trying to update my radio unit.
My unit is having issues with bluetooth connectivity and I am looking to update the entune software to see if that fixes it.

I see on T-SB-0035-16 in 2016 that the fix was to update to 13TBDANA-DA00 0139.kwi
However, I am not able to see the update files on the Toyota website.

Does anyone know how I can get these files to do the usb update myself? I tried searching through old threads but have not found a resolution.

If it’s not listed for your yr, I don’t think there is one. I found that out also for the 15.

 

the tsb bulletin specifically lists an update in the pdf but I am not sure how to find it.

I did see that post before, and I noticed the version number is 13TDD, not 13TBD. It does not seem to be the correct file.
