Can someone please tell me what the hell this noise is?

Checked underneath and I'm stumped. This occurs when driving and when applying weight to the rear of the bed.

I can't tell you how crazy it makes me on a daily basis.

    Desperation has set in.

It sounds to me like your shocks topping out on the up stroke. Take the top nut off your shock stud and repeat the process. See if it still happens.
If not, you need to add shock extenders to the top of the shock stud.

It is most likely one of the bed bolts needs some washers put under it. Although that Torx 55 bolt is tightened all the way, sometimes there will be space that develops between the bed and the head of the bolt. One remedy is to take out the bolt and put some washers on it to eliminate that gap.
