    The screws you need to mount cc stalk to steering wheel are M5-0.8 x 12mm. I picked them up at Home Depot.

    I just bought this one for my 2016 SR 5 speed manual and it worked. It also came with the wire. I got the exact screws that estebanG mentioned above and they fit perfectly. Got em from Home Depot for under a dollar. That’s all I had to do- works in all gears, accel and decel works, and clutch cancel does too.
