Mine had that weird cut off. Not sure if it made a difference or not, but Andrew from TRS sent me H11B bulbs instead and the cut off in the middle disappear.

No, it might be that you have the wrong bulbs? Did you buy H11 or H11B bulbs? not sure what the difference was, but based on my pictures on my thread they change the beam and glare dramatically... not sure why.

Ya i dont think mine are H11B, going to go out and check at lunch and probably order a set of H11b so the ground is at the bottom of the projector!!!!!!!!!!

Leave it to the air force to get butt hurt over someone putting HID lights into projector housing. He's right tho, projector housings allow for the proper cut off. HID's and other white lights allow better vision at night, and when cut off properly dont blind other drivers. The real assholes are the ones that drive with their high beams on because they cant see shit

HID bulbs in halogen projector = shit
I'll agree it's better than HID's in halogen reflector but a retrofit is the correct way to do things

I'm beginning to think that I might be the only one on this forum that actually likes the stock headlights. :spy:

Nothing wrong with them. HID or LED will give you longer visual distance which some of us like.

OP, how hard are the headlights to get to? Does bumper have to be removed? Just thing to get an idea of how much work I'm looking at.
