I ordered some SX125S flares for my 2016 SR in May. They arrived today, and I got them on, but the instructions rely on six existing bolts (screws?), among others, which dont exist - just grommets where they could go. After a little less than a a fun-filled hour (which I will never get back) with Lund customer service, in which I talked to three people, was told at one point they didn't make those flares, two disconnects, and their promise to call timorrow: I've decided to fix them myself. Does anyone know what size the fender flare bolts (screws?) are?
I apologize in advance if this question was asked before, but try as I might, I couldn't find it.

You're right, there are, but not at the the places they they want me to use screws. Where the holes in the flares are, there are only plastic grommets; thus my need for more screws. I could try to line up the existing screws and drill holes in the flares, but I'm not dying to try. Plus, I was trying to let them know they put the holes where the screws aren't, instead of where they are. Thanks though.

Here's the only one I've got where it's a little clean...the good news is they've stood up real well to off reading in mud and 6 foot grass. If you want some more, let me know and I'll try to clean it up a little.

That looks awesome man , gives me some thinking to do. Looks like maybe those will be on my truck in the near future.

They're doing great. There's a gasket between the flares and the metal that doesn't seem to be very sturdily attached, but to my surprise no problems. I'm glad I got them.

Truck looks great! Would you happen to have a picture of the flares from the driver side? I’d be interested to see if the rear flare is cut out for the gas door

I'll try to get a picture this afternoon. I got a total hip last week, and it's slowed me a bit. That said, the flare doesn't cover the gas door; its not that tall so it doesn't need a cut.
Happily, BTW, clutch and all, one can drive the Tacoma a few days after surgery if you aren't high on pain meds. And finally, the flare holds up better than the quarter panel to a deer strike.

Thanks, but no problem. These aren't your grandfather's hips. I get the staples out tomorrow and I'm up to 2+ miles, dragging one crutch mostly for show. I was pleasantly surprised. Hope this helps.
